I have been a therapist for over 30 years, seeing individuals, couples, & families, and supervising other therapists. My goal is to connect with you and what you’re experiencing. Through this deep understanding, we can discover ways for you to empower yourself and make the changes you want. Feelings of anxiety, depression, and loss of confidence can result from relationship difficulties, work pressures, traumatic experiences, and living in unpredictable times. Yet, strength and resilience can still develop.

A particular focus of my work is helping people find their own identity when they have grown up with narcissistic parents. Despite the insecurity and loneliness that come from this experience, we can work to strengthen your personal boundaries, leading to a sense of greater safety and self-confidence.

Some people come to me wanting to overcome a fear of giving presentations, whether on a video platform or in person. Building on my extensive acting background, I can create a tool kit to help you feel more comfortable no matter how long the presentation or how large the group.
